We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Business days and hours are as follows Monday-Friday 9am-4pm PST. If you need faster processing, please email our customer service.

We strive to accommodate order edits within an Hour of it being placed. Please know there are No Cancellations allowed. During Sale events items are final and all orders are Final. Once the payment and order has been processed, No Cancellations. Please allow an additional 5-8 days for processing orders. Order accuracy and care are our top priority, and we work as efficiently and accurately as possible.

Chelsey Smith Cosmetics is not responsible for Lost / Stolen / Damaged packages. Once tracking information indicates delivered CSC is not liable for any theft or missing mail incidents. Please get in touch with your local USPS with questions regarding shipment tracking and to further investigate what happened with delivery.  To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we strongly encourage every customer to purchase Route Protection during checkout to your ensure your package is fully covered. Route is a non-refundable item.

We do not charge any additional handling fees.
